Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. We do our best to ensure that your items arrive safely and in great condition.
Box Arrival Timeline
Mixed Genre Book Club Subscription boxes & T-shirt Club ship 2–3 weeks after payment is processed. Payments are automatically processed on the 15th of each month.
Romantasy Book Club Subscription boxes ship 2–3 weeks after payment is processed. Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month.
Blind Date Subscription boxes typically ship around the 15th of every month. Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month.
Market Place Items typically ship 5-10 days after order is placed.

Standard Shipping Time: Approximately 3–8 business days after shipping.

Holiday Notice: Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during peak holiday seasons due to increased order volume.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number to file a claim.
