  • What Can I Expect in my Book Club Box?

    The Book Club Box will include:

    • 1 paperback novel
    • 3-5 wrapped gifts that are labeled with page numbers to be opened while you read
    • Access to our private Facebook community of fellow Book Club members

    The Boozy Lady Book Club Box will include:

    Everything included with The Book Club Box, plus

    • A book themed cocktail recipe
    • A special ingredient to mix-up a tasty cocktail (No alcohol is included)
    • Fun cocktail related items
    • Stickers or other book themed item
    • A Sweet or Salty Snack to enjoy while you're reading

    The Ultimate Boozy Lady Book Club Box will include:

    Everything included in The Boozy Lady Book Club Box, plus

    • A boozy cocktail mixer, tea or cocoa, your choice
  • Pricing & Availability

    All products are quoted in $US dollars, plus shipping. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price.

    We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect.  If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you.  At this point, you can choose to pick a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.

  • Shipping

    Book Club Boxes & T-Shirt Subscriptions will ship 2-3 weeks after your payment has processed.

    Blind Date Subscriptions will ship 3-7 days after your payment has processed.

    Shipping time is approximately 5-8 days. Please allow for longer processing and shipping time during holidays due to high order volume.

    You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. 

    Damaged Items- If any damage has been found, please email pictures to Support@theboozylady.com along with a description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim for your shipment.

    Lost packages- We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.

  • Billing

    Book Club Boxes & T-Shirt Subscriptions - Your payment will automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 15th of the month.

    Orders received between the 16th and 30th will be fulfilled with the current months box if we still have boxes in stock. If no boxes are in stock, you will receive the next months box.

    Blind Date Subscriptions - Your payment will automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 1st of the month.

    Orders received between the 2nd and 15th will be fulfilled for the current months if we still have books in stock. If no books are in stock, you will receive the next months box.

  • Changing Your Current Subscription Box

    If you would like to change which subscription you receive, you can edit your subscription in your Shopify Account. If this does not work, please email us at support@theboozylady.com and we should be able to assist.

    Some instances may require you to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe to the new subscription.

    Book Club Box & T-Shirt Subscriptions - Requests must be submitted by the 13th of the month to allow time for us to make the requested change prior to payment processing on the 15th.

    Blind Date Subscriptions - Requests must be submitted by the 27th of the month to allow time for us to make the requested change prior to payment processing on the 1st.

  • Skipping A Month

    While we encourage everyone to continue enjoying their subscription as scheduled, we understand that sometimes a break is necessary.

    If you find that you need to skip an upcoming box, you must email us directly at support@theboozylady.com by the 13th of the month, prior to your renewal date.

    Please note that you may only skip one month in a row. If you need to skip multiple months in a row, you will need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe when you would like to rejoin.

  • Cancelling A Subscription

    We hope you love your subscription!  But, if you need to cancel, you can do so by going to your Shopify Account.

    Please note – cancellation requests must be completed before your billing date or you will be automatically charged for the next month.

    Book Club Boxes and T-Shirt Subscriptions billing date is the 15th of the month

    Blind Date Subscriptions billings date is the 1st of the month

  • Refund Policy

    All items are final sale. If you need to report a problem, please contact us via email at support@theboozylady.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
