All products are quoted in $US dollars, plus shipping. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price.

We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect.  If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you.  At this point, you can choose to pick a similar item or cancel your order for a full refund.

Thriller/Mystery Book Club Boxes & T-Shirt Subscriptions will typically ship during the first week of that box month (February box ships first week in February).

Romance Book Club Boxes will typically ship around the 20th of the month (February box ships around February 20th).

Blind Date Subscriptions will ship around the 15th of the month.

Shipping Time- Shipping time is approximately 5-8 days. Please allow for longer processing and shipping time during holidays due to high order volume.

You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely. 

Damaged Items- If any damage has been found, please email pictures to Support@theboozylady.com along with a description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim for your shipment.

Lost packages- We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.

Thriller/Mystery Book Club Boxes & T-Shirt Subscriptions - Your payment will automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 15th of the month.

New subscriptions will be fulfilled with the current months box if we still have boxes in stock. If no boxes are in stock, you will receive the next months box.

Romance Book Club Boxes - Your payment will automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 1st of the month.

New subscriptions will be fulfilled with the current months box if we still have boxes in stock. If no boxes are in stock, you will receive the next months box.

Blind Date Subscriptions - Your payment will automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 1st of the month.

Orders received between the 2nd and 15th will be fulfilled for the current month if we still have boxes in stock. If no boxes are in stock, you will receive the next months box.

Payment Method Declines

If your payment method is declined, our system will automatically reattempt the charge 24 hours after your initial charge attempt. After 5 failed attempts, the subscription will be skipped for the current month.

If you would like to change which subscription you receive, you can edit your subscription in your Shopify Account. If this does not work, please email us at support@theboozylady.com and we should be able to assist.

Some instances may require you to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe to the new subscription.

All Change Requests must be submitted 2 days prior to your billing date.

While we hope you'll continue enjoying your subscription each month, we understand that sometimes you need to take a break.

If you need to skip an upcoming box, you can either:

• Update your subscription directly through your account, or
• Email us at support@theboozylady.com at least 2 days before your renewal date to allow us time to update your account.

Our skip feature is intended for short breaks and allows you to skip up to 2 consecutive months. If you need to pause your subscription for a longer period, please cancel your subscription and resubscribe whenever you're ready to jump back in.

We hope you love your subscription!  But, if you need to cancel, you can do so by going to your Shopify Account.

Please note – cancellation requests must be completed the day before your billing date or you will be automatically charged for the next month.
