WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BLIND DATE WITH A BOOK SUBSCRIPTION?

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Your first payment will be processed immediately, when the initial order is placed.

Your payment will then automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 1st of every month.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BOOK?

All books will be packed and shipped around the 15th of every month. This includes one-time orders.

New subscribers ordering between the 2nd and 15th will be fulfilled for the current month if we still have books in stock. If no books are in stock, you will not receive a book until the next months shipment.

Shipping typically takes 5-8 day's, but could be longer during holiday's.

CAN I FIND OUT THE TITLE OF THE BOOK?

No, these books are a surprise!

You select the genre, we select the book

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

We hope you love your books!  But, if you need to cancel, you can do so by going to your Shopify Account.

Please note – All cancellations need to be done prior to the 1st of the month or you will automatically be billed for the next delivery.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Sorry, all items are final sale. No refunds will be given. The boxes are created specifically for your subscription.

If you need to report a problem with your delivery, please contact us at support@theboozylady.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
