All shirts are unisex sized. 

We offer Adult Sizes Small-3XL.

Your first payment will be processed immediately, when the initial order is placed.

Your payment will then automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 15th of every month.

If your payment method is declined, our system will automatically reattempt the charge 24 hours after your initial charge attempt. After 5 failed attempts, the subscription will be skipped for the current month.

T-shirts typically ship during the first week of that month. Example: February t-shirts ship the first week in February.

Our goal is to post the design by the 10th of every month.

Please note -This may not always happen, depending on shipping timelines and delivery schedules.

Sorry, we are not able to do exchanges as we do not keep an inventory of T-Shirts. They are ordered and designed specifically for your subscription.

If you need to change the size on your next order, please update your subscription in your Shopify Account, or email support@theboozylady.com and we will take care of it.

While we hope you'll continue enjoying your subscription each month, we understand that sometimes you need to take a break.

If you need to skip an upcoming box, you can either:

• Update your subscription directly through your account, or
• Email us at support@theboozylady.com at least 2 days before your renewal date to allow us time to update your account.

Our skip feature is intended for short breaks and allows you to skip up to 2 consecutive months. If you need to pause your subscription for a longer period, please cancel your subscription and resubscribe whenever you're ready to jump back in.

Sorry, all items are final sale. No refunds will be given. The t-shirts are ordered specifically for your subscription.

If you need to report a problem with your delivery, please contact us at support@theboozylady.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
