WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A ROMANTASY BOOK CLUB BOX?

The Book Club Box will include:

  • 1 paperback or hardcover novel
  • 3-5 wrapped gifts that are labeled with page numbers to be opened while you read
  • Custom book themed bookmark and sticker
  • Access to our private Facebook community of fellow Book Club members

The Romantasy Book Club Box + Bookish Tee will include:

  • The Romantasy Book Club Box
  • A specially designed bookish themed t-shirt

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Your first payment will be processed immediately, when the initial order is placed.

Your payment will then automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 1st of every month.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BOOK CLUB BOX?

Boxes typically ship around the 20th of the box month. Example: February Romantasy Book Club Boxes will ship around February 20th.

New subscriber orders will be fulfilled with the current months box if we still have boxes in stock. If no boxes are in stock, you will start your subscription with next months box.

CAN I CHANGE WHICH SUBSCRIPTION I RECEIVE?

If you would like to change which subscription you receive, you can edit your subscription in your Shopify Account. If this does not work, please email us at support@theboozylady.com and we should be able to assist.

Some instances may require you to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe to the new subscription.

Emailed requests must be submitted by the 28th of the month to allow time for us to make the requested change prior to payment processing on the 1st.

CAN I FIND OUT THE TITLE OF THE BOOK BEFORE ORDERING OR BILLING?

Our goal is to announce the book by the 20th of the prior month. For instance, the August book would be announced prior to July 20th.

CAN I SKIP A MONTH

While we encourage everyone to continue enjoying their subscription as scheduled, we understand that sometimes a break is necessary.

If you find that you need to skip an upcoming box, you must email us directly at support@theboozylady.com by the 28th of the month, prior to your renewal date.

Please note that you may only skip one month in a row. If you need to skip multiple months in a row, you will need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe when you would like to rejoin.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

We hope you love your box!  But, if you need to cancel, you can do so by going to your Shopify Account.

Please note – All cancellations need to be done prior to the 1st of the month or you will automatically be billed for the next delivery.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Sorry, all items are final sale. No refunds will be given. The subscription boxes are created specifically for your subscription.

If you need to report a problem with your delivery, please contact us at support@theboozylady.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
