WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BOOZY BABE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

The Combo box will also include our monthly boozy themed t-shirt.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Your first payment will be processed immediately, when the initial order is placed.

Your payment will then automatically be processed to the credit card on file on the 1st of the month.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BOX?

Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of the month.  Boxes will be packed and shipped 2-3 weeks after payment has processed.

If you placed your order between the 1st and 15th, we’ll do our best to include you in the current month’s shipment—as long as we still have boxes in stock.

If the current month’s box is sold out, don’t worry—you’ll be first in line for next month’s shipment.

Shipping typically takes 5-8 day's, but could be longer during holiday's.

CAN I FIND OUT THE CONTENT OF THE BOX?

No, these boxes are a surprise!

However, each box will have a theme and we will share that theme on social media and our website. We may also show you some sneak peeks on social media, but we will not disclose the full box content.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

We hope you love your box!  But, if you need to cancel, you can do so by going to your Shopify Account.

Please note – All cancellations need to be done prior to the 1st of the month or you will automatically be billed for the next delivery.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Sorry, all items are final sale. No refunds will be given. The subscriptions are created specifically for your subscription.

If you need to report a problem with your delivery, please contact us at support@theboozylady.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
